When Patrick dropped off his moped, it was in a rather…cooked state :)
Mission given to the Workshop: to completely reassemble it, restoring it but using as many original parts as possible.
And so it begins!
Model: 3800
History: This 3800 is a blue one, with blue mudguards and black tires.
What was done to this 3800:
We started with a heavily corroded base, and the entire x was restored down to the smallest detail.
Chassis
The paint was completely redone by powder coating, as it was originally, after being stripped and sandblasted, piece by piece.
The chrome parts are new or re-chromed; I wanted to keep the smooth rims. They were de-rusted, sanded, polished, and then re-chromed.
