We had left off at the end of the "bike" test, where everything had gone well, except for the freewheel which had to be replaced.
All that remained was to do the engine and then the finishing touches.
The engine: We opted for a level 2 preparation. This is indeed the level that best suits a 5000, which is a light and quite "lively" Solex.
More power would make it more "dangerous" due to its frame and small wheels.
Once the engine is grafted onto the frame, we can tidy up the details and take some final photos:




It was therefore with great pleasure that Mr. and Mrs. B. came to collect their moped. It will now live happily ever after along Lake Bourget!
