Peintures diverses….

Atelier, we don't "just" paint for mopeds. As long as you're looking for quality work that's durable, we're here to help.

Scooter parts, car engine parts, bodywork, anything is possible.

Let's take four examples.

The first concerns a client, Roger C., owner of a beautiful 1975 2CV. As with all 2CVs, some parts were starting to rust, and Roger decided to start replacing some of them because he had found them available as re-manufactured parts from "major" 2CV/Méhari parts distributors.

3 years ago, Roger replaced his two front and rear bumpers, including the "bananas" (bumper overriders).

As for the "banana", Roger's didn't last very long. Like many collectors, Roger doesn't drive in winter, avoids going out when it rains, in short, his vehicle probably travels 100 km a year and always in perfect weather conditions. Moreover, his cars sleep in a closed, ventilated, non-humid garage.

The following spring, when Roger decided to take his 2CV out again, both bumpers were already more rusted than the old ones!!!

So he turned to Atelier. We took his old parts, stripped them, sandblasted them, and powder-coated them in the color he requested.

Since then, his bumpers are still as spry as ever, and a 2CV chassis will soon be entrusted to us for the same treatment.

The second example comes from Jérémy A., Jérémy is a fan of young timers. He owns several beautiful 205s that he restores and maintains with great care.

Jérémy had already come to see us to renovate his "yellow" zinc plating, and then he returned to have certain engine parts of his vehicles treated.

Thus, Atelier took care of refurbishing air filters, fuel filter protectors, suspension cups, wishbones, and other oil pans with powder coating. No more maintenance worries since... just the pleasure of driving these "little gems".

The third example is that of Gilles P. Gilles loves "Ural" sidecars. But the finish quality of these machines is as erratic as their robustness is foolproof!

Tired of having his sidecar basket rusted in every corner, Gilles decided to entrust it to us. First, we stripped it then sandblasted it.

Then Gilles picked it up to do the necessary bodywork.

Upon its return, we sandblasted it again and then treated it with matte black powder coating. No more rust problems for years!

The last and most recent example, Cyril F fell in love with a beautiful old BMW. To further enhance his pleasure, he wanted to equip it with beautiful vintage aluminum rims.

As he already knew Atelier, he contacted us to refinish these rims with powder coating.

So he brought us his 5 rims

which had already seen better days

After sandblasting, the look was much better:

And then, we polished it off with an original matte paint, here's the result:

we took the opportunity to refinish the bolts:

Another 5 parts restored to last!

So if you also have a project, don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to try to help you!
