It's been a long time since we last talked about it!
In fact, I was waiting for parts to finish it, and especially, I was testing various possibilities to re-chrome the magnetic flywheels of the moped!
Now that the technique is acquired, I have been able to get all the parts to complete and finalize this AV448... 44 because it's the base and 8 because... it was modified into a 48!
Another problem to finish: the engine mount silent blocks... I had to tinker a bit to make new ones and that's done too!
Once reassembled, tests always lead to a series of small or larger problems to solve... in this case, the original carburetor, too worn, had to be replaced with a new original Gurtner one... and as the customer wanted a bit more power, we went from 10 to 12... better torque and no "visual" modification.
Last problem, the clutch wasn't working properly (marked ball track) and I also had to resort to fitting a new one...
In short! Finished and roadworthy!
It's up to you to discover the penultimate episode of this saga :), we'll of course finish with a riding session!
