The Workshop is equipped for sandblasting and microblasting, regardless of the size of the part: from a Solex cylinder head to a car chassis 🙂
For microblasting and depending on the parts, we use either glass beads or bicarbonate.
The result allows for the assembly of impeccable parts:
In addition to the appearance, microblasting, by ensuring a perfect cleaning of the part, allows to detect certain well-hidden traces of wear:
wear due to corrosion and thus weakening of the part:
Wear of the part, to be updated before repair:
or more seriously: a crack in the part… and thus no longer wondering why the engine was not working properly….
After microblasting, the parts can be polished, varnished, resined or left as is.
But in all cases, your reassembly will be "clean" and the final appearance will live up to the restoration.
For sandblasting, we use the aero-gumming technique which gives impeccable results on all surfaces: metal, wood...
