Last May, the Workshop was contacted by Matthieu B.
Matthieu needed a small "orange" moped back in working order to compete in an endurance race: the 12 Hours of Sauzé-Vaussais.
For this, he wanted reliable ignition and therefore good quality capacitors.
At the Workshop, we like this kind of challenge, and we love these small "oranges" even more, often unloved but so powerful.
Without further ado, and with a small discount, the electronic capacitors were sent to Matthieu.
Matthieu himself best describes the results:
Hello,
Following your discount on the price of the capacitors, I wanted to give you feedback on the 12-hour moped race in Sauzé Vaussais.
The moped lasted the 12 hours without a problem. The electronic capacitor worked very well.
We had no electronic issues, nor any hot starting problems. With a top speed of 54km/h downhill, we overtook prepared mopeds even though ours was entirely original.
We finished 15th out of 42 (team name) Atomic moped or Les Atomics mopped (error in the name during registration).
Thank you for your excellent equipment. You will find some photos of the moped in the attachments. If you would like me to leave a comment on your site, I will gladly do so.
Well thank you, Matthieu, thank you for once again testing and approving our electronic capacitors, and especially for agreeing to give us some publicity during this gathering of enthusiasts.
See you next year? Why not 😉
