Copper washers (sold in packs of 10) for all models of side casings

Workshop tip: When restoring your engine, don't forget to change these washers. They are found around the crankshaft casing, around the timing screw and on the fuel pump screw.

They ensure both sealing and prevent the alloy from deforming during tightening. It is the copper washer that crushes and not the "zamac" of the casings, and it ensures a perfect seal... Try without with the leak tester and you will see what they are really for!
