This DOPPLER pulley from the Open range is made up of a disc entirely machined from a single block,
from very high quality aluminum.
Its silver anodized finish helps prevent oxidation.
The anti-corrosion treated steel pinion acts as a centering device in the disc, and is adjusted to reduce
jumping phenomena. The 5 screws prevent shearing. Their countersunk heads are
naturally designed to prevent loosening.
Composition:
1 aluminum disc Ø213mm, for original width belt.
1 steel pinion
2 waterproof needle bearings HK1616-2RS.
5 FHC M5 x 15 screws.
Assembly advice:
The countersunk screws should be tightened crosswise, to a torque of 4.5Nm.
Grease the needle bearings before assembly,
then every 4500km if necessary, or annually.
