This DOPPLER pulley from the Open range features a plate entirely machined from a single block of high-quality aluminum.
Its silver anodized finish helps prevent oxidation.
The anti-corrosion treated steel sprocket acts as a centering device within the plate and is adjusted to reduce
skipping. The 5 screws prevent shearing. Their countersunk heads are
naturally designed to resist loosening.
Composition:
1 aluminum plate, Ø213mm, for original width belts.
1 steel sprocket
2 sealed needle bearings HK1616-2RS.
5 FHC M5 x 15 screws.
Assembly advice:
The countersunk head screws should be tightened crosswise, to a torque of 4.5Nm.
Grease the needle bearings before assembly,
then every 4500km if needed, or every year.
