Engine casing ATV RACE adaptable Solex 3800

This crankcase is entirely machined from high-quality aerospace aluminum.

It replaces crankcases that are cracked, broken, or simply too weakened by time to support a more "boosted" engine.

Compared to an original crankcase or those already on the market, the improvements are numerous:

- Use of a small, inexpensive, and easy-to-find oil seal,

- Internal crankcase angles chamfered and without sharp edges for better gas circulation,

- Recessed fuel pump base to prevent vapor lock,

Optimized half-moon pumping channel (system also compatible with the use of a full crankshaft),

Fuel pump threads drilled for stud mounting. This allows for mounting several pump seats of varying thickness... no more stripped threads!

Crankshaft bearing mounted with 0.05 mm interference and held by two M5 counter-sunk head cap screws 10mm long... no more loose bearings!

And to save you work, it comes with its bearing already mounted, lucky you ;)

Is it expensive? Perhaps, but of unparalleled quality and precision anywhere else!!

In short, a MUST and it looks great too :)
