We deliver to Metropolitan France, all French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM), Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

For deliveries outside these destinations, you can request a quote via the contact form.

For DOM TOM, it is particularly important not to select "France" as the country but the specific DOM or TOM concerned by the shipment (e.g., Martinique).

For France and Monaco, deliveries are made by La Poste via tracked letter or Colissimo, depending on the weight of the order. Delivery takes 48 to 72 working hours.

For Belgium, the conditions are the same as for France. The delivery time may be extended by 48 to 72 hours.

For EU countries, the conditions are the same as for France, and the delivery time is 5 to 6 working days.

For non-EU countries, the conditions are the same as for France, and the delivery time depends on the destination.

Please note: these deadlines are indicative. During times of crisis, carriers are no longer able to guarantee these deadlines.

From the moment goods are shipped, they are the responsibility of the carrier. Only tracking and delivery documents issued by La Poste are valid proof of delivery of the goods.

In case of loss, theft, or diversion of the shipment, Atelier de la Vigne cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the goods. No exchange or refund can be motivated by this state of affairs.

Return Policy

The customer has the option to return products at their own expense within 14 days of receiving their package to the following address:

Two cases are to be distinguished

In case of error or change of mind by the customer, it is your responsibility first to contact the Atelier before any return.

After agreement, parts must be returned unmounted, unused, showing no signs of mounting, use, or other damage, whether visual or internal. In short, in excellent condition and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, NO refund will be issued.

In this case, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

In case of a defective part, it is your responsibility first to contact the Atelier before any return. After agreement, parts must be returned for examination before reimbursement.
