Disassembly is quite easy, but reassembly is often more complicated.
After a first part where the frame was complete, a second video shows the finishing touches to be applied to the frame so that the whole thing becomes... a rolling chassis!
And, at the Workshop, we don't mess around with the rolling chassis because each moped is tested over 5 kilometers to check the quality of the SOLEX BIKE 🙂
Indeed, a 3800 engine can't do anything if you have brakes that stick, a "marshmallow" chassis, or a wobbly crankset!!
