At the Workshop, we naturally keep up to date with the latest remanufactured parts so we can try them out before offering them... or not... in our shop.
Indeed, we believe it is important to install the parts BEFORE offering them for sale to avoid selling just anything and receiving negative feedback from our customers.
As you know, I started the Workshop's Shop to offer quality parts, whose value I know because I install them every day on my customers' mopeds and if they are not happy, believe me, they come back pretty quickly 🙂
And since I'm not a multinational company :), I can't afford to have 80% warranty returns!!
SO, we buy new parts with our own money: no manufacturer or distributor has EVER given us anything, then we install them on our mopeds and, if they are wear parts, we test them.
AND ONLY THEN, do we offer them (or not) for sale, honestly detailing their qualities or defects.
To go further and make certain parts known to a wider audience, the Workshop has decided to regularly present them in a short video, and today we present the first one:
