Small delivery this weekend of two mopeds to Haute Vienne.
Pascal M treated himself and his son to a nice Christmas present with a completely restored 3800 Motobécane and a 3800.
A major restoration project
As usual at the Atelier, both machines were completely disassembled and restored down to the last bolt.
Powder-coated paint, pinstriping for the 3800, new screws, new wheels, new or re-chromed parts, new or polished plastics.
Both engines are also new. They are equipped with 39.5 3T cylinders, 11 pipe, jets, baffles and ignition adjusted according to the test spark plug.
Naturally, both have twist throttles for consistency during rides together.
These two mopeds, with their slightly improved engines, will certainly enjoy themselves in this beautiful region, on the borders of Haute Vienne and Creuse.
I know the new owners will take great care of them!
A new life for these two utility vehicles, ready to devour the asphalt of the charming little roads of this beautiful corner of France.
